You might have this for breakfast to increase activity.

Hello everyone, for all of those who know me already, practically know that I am a HEALTH FREAK, well, just sometimes, but almost all of the time I am on the search of the tips and tricks of a well balanced way of life! So, for starting right away, we might be focusing on the health habits of an everyday way of life, filled with balanced meals, and some fun on the side. So, to start, we know that we need a basic breakfast, to end the night long starvation time that our body has had already, so the body preferably needs some protein, such as  yougurt, nuts, eggs, hams, cheeses, a protein smoothie, or blend. Then just pair every protein with a bit of carbs, we all know that carbs are needed to keep going, to produce serotonin, and to keep our satisfaction level high, although a lot of people just do not need carbs to keep going, a loooot of us, do need it!  Hey, there, I am speaking of me, of course, which I just love chocolate!  yum!  Then, a fresh fruit could do to your body a great deal under the satisfaction issue, apples, oranges, grapefruits, grapes, watermelon, whatever your crave might lead you to, well, just head there, eat fruit as much as you like, but keep your watch in your wrist, as of after 3 pm, fruits tened to produce gas, as that activity tends to slow down and the body starts to lower the gut activity system. We hope for you to find some clever ideas for your breakfast menus on our food category!

Hola!

INGREDIENTS

    • cup water
    • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • cup all purpose flour
    • large eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
    2. Place the water, butter, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Place over medium-high heat and cook until the butter is completely melted and the mixture is simmering.
    3. Add in the flour all at once, and continue to cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes, or until the dough gathers itself into a ball and a film begins to form on the bottom of the pot.
    4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, and beat on medium speed.
    5. Drop in the eggs, one at a time, while continuing to beat. Allow each egg to become fully incorporated, before adding the next (about 30 seconds to a minute).
    6. Pipe or spoon the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets, allowing about 3 inches in between each puff.
    7. Bake time can range from 20-40 minutes, depending on size. Remove from the oven when they are puffed, golden brown, hollow, dry, and light.
